Erik Sjolie

Managing Partner

Erik Sjolie brings over a decade of experience in the Financial and Insurance Industry to Sky Insurance brokers. Erik has a passion for the industry that is second to none. With his past experience that includes working at fortune 100 companies such as New York Life and Mass Mutual, he is well equipped to help build Sky into the unique and passionate agency that it is today. Erik is tasked with agency development and growth as well as agent development.
As a life long Placer county resident, Erik feels blessed to be able to work and assist with the people in the community that he calls home. Erik currently resides in Loomis with two daughters Morgan and Avery. In his off time, you can find Erik playing in local recreational basketball or softball leagues. You might also find him on the hiking trails as he loves the outdoors. He also helps coach youth sports. He is an avid San Francisco Giants fan, as well.

Aurora Mullett

Managing Partner

Aurora Mullett is the managing Partner of Sky Insurance Brokers in Rocklin CA. With 22 years in the industry working in several different aspects of the trade from Underwriting, Claims and Sales. Aurora continues to focus her passion as a community-based leader through education and consultation.

Aurora created her first agency Intrinsic Insurance in 2014. Intrinsic Insurance was a Niche based agency focusing on hard-to-place risks, Garage and Classic/Collector cars.

In addition to the agency, Aurora Focuses her time on the legislative side of the Wildfire crisis happening in many western states by working with local political representatives and grass roots organizations acting as a liaison between the Companies and governmental entities. Aurora's work has been captured in articles with New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Proforma and many more.

Aurora volunteers her time as the CA Fair Plan trainer. She works on new product offerings with Carriers to re-engage into the CA marketplace. As well as many other special projects within carrier’s agency councils. Aurora's current legislative projects are petitioning to allow Reinsurance rates into CA property pricing, Defensible space programs, expanding Firewise communities and helping create a National Wildfire Insurance program.

Richard Estrella

Life Insurance Manager

Richard comes from a nursing background and is no stranger when it comes to helping people. He made a career change into the Insurance world over 16 years ago and has not looked back. He has had the privilege being part of Sky from the very beginning.

Richard loves what he does and can't imagine why any family would not put something in place to protect their loved ones. He is very passionate about taking the time to educate and to build lasting relationships with his clients. The flexibility to provide multiple services and to be surrounded by positive elite professionals is a lifetime opportunity. His specialty is in the Life Insurance arena and building a team of professionals that will share his drive to assist in protecting families.

Richard has been with his wife Sharon for over 28 years and has been blessed with raising three sons and a daughter. The thrill of his life is now spending time with his precious granddaughters Carter and Charlie who calls him "Papa" which is short for "Papa Bear" (Huge Chicago Bears fan)!

In Richard's free time, he loves to fish, camp, go to concerts and spend time with his family.

He is a firm believer that all good things in his life are a result of Gods' perfect will coming together. Romans 8:28

Julie Lucito

Julie owned Lucito Insurance Agency in Paradise Calif. and lived in Paradise for over 35 years. After 25 years in business and going through the Paradise Camp WildFire, she decided to join a larger agency that offers more options for her clients and community. She came to the agency when Sky Insurance brokers acquired her agency. Like her, Sky Insurance also has a passion for helping people and their community. She will be representing this passion in the Paradise, Chico, Oroville areas. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and seven grandchildren. Her ultimate passion is running and spending time outdoors. She has run five marathons and countless half marathons. She has also coached "Girls On The Run" programs and mentored adult running programs.
When not working or running, you can find her and her husband biking, kayaking, boating, or getting lost in the mountains on our Polaris RZR. She is excited to bring the Sky Insurance Group's philosophy and passion for helping our community in all their insurance needs!
